I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled: Ann

"Ordinance to repeal Ordinance 1:19

" of 1890 and to amend The Dangerous

Goods Ordinance, 1873."

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

The 8th section of the

Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873° being found insufficient, other words were substituted for it by

Ordinance
